- Various bookkeeping tasks including
- Confirmation Statements
- Maintenance of client records in Xero and QuickBooks
- Bank Reconciliation
- Ability to post entries into Xero and QuickBooks to manager review level (may need training to reach this level).
- Ability to analyse data in Microsoft Excel in order to reach the point where a trial balance can be plotted (may need training to reach this level)
• Good knowledge / ability to use Microsoft Excel
• Preferably has a working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks
• Good Communication skills – fluent in English
