Would you like to play a leading role in the financial management and administration of Noa Girls?
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong accounting and financial skills to join us on a permanent, part time basis 3 days per week, working patterns are flexible and to be agreed. Joining a small team, the Bookkeeper will work alongside the Finance Manager, maintaining the accounting records for the charity.
Our ideal candidate will be at AAT level 3 or 4 or have equivalent experience to be able to carry out the responsibilities of the role.
A strong command of Quickbooks or similar software is required and knowledge of Excel/ Microsoft Office advantageous.
Previous experience or skills in the following is desirable:
• Charity finance management (e.g. grants, donations, restricted funds, Gift Aid)
• Financial reports from CRM systems
• Communications and people skills
