To lead on the development and implementation of existing and new creative models that raises youth engagement nationally;
Facilitate and empower the delivery of high quality informal educational provision and enable RSY-Netzer, Movement Workers and Madrichim to do the same, through coaching and mentoring;
Maintain strategic relationships with partner organisations e.g. UJIA, Reshet, Netzer Olami, Israel Experience);
To provide inspirational leadership to RSY-Netzer, Reform Jewish communities, Progressive Jewish Students and Chaplaincy;
To ensure the professional wellbeing provision for leaders and chanichim;
To be a pro-active and key member of the Movement Reform Judaism (MRJ) Senior Management Team.
